Making A Purchase If you are a member of the public buying items for yourself you don't need to login, just browse our store, and click "add to basket" on any items that you wish to buy, this puts them into your shopping cart. Where the item shows a price range this is because the price depends on what specification you would like, just choose your specification and click on "add to basket" and the price for that specification will be displayed in your shopping cart, if you then decide it's too expensive just remove it from the shopping cart. Whilst we make every attempt to fulfill your order exactly, we cannot always guarantee a total match, in this event, we'll attempt to contact you via email or telephone to let you know. If we cannot contact you, we'll send the closest item to your order. i.e. Purple instead of Red. When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will then be forwarded to our payment provider Barclays EPDQ who will then take your payment on their secure server. We accept Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Maestro and Visa cards.
If you are outside the UK your payment will be taken in British pounds and then converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate by our credit card company. If you would like an idea of the current exchange rate try www.xe.com

Shipping And Handling We offer inexpensive delivery on all web orders to anywhere in the world. We will normally send your order to you in 7 working days . International orders are generally received in under 14 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed after 30 days with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Your invoice and order may be sent separately if the goods are to be delivered outside the UK.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or to customers without VAT numbers in the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security All credit card details are taken by our payment service provider Barclays EPDQ. They are a "verified by Visa" provider and offer complete security for your credit card details. |
Guarantee We offer a no quibble 7 day guarantee on all our products. If you find any defects in something you have ordered, any time within 7 days of receiving the goods you can return them to us for a full refund, provided that goods are returned in their original packaging, complete and have not been tampered with, worn or subject to any improper application.

Returns Policy ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN AND IN A CLEAR SEALED BAG OTHERWISE WE CANNOT EXAMINE THEM WITHOUT POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION AND WILL THEREFORE NOT ACCEPT THEM.
Due to the nature of the goods we supply we can only accept returned goods if they are unused and are in the original packaging. If on receipt of the goods you do not wish to keep them you must inform us within 7 working days and return the goods within 21 days at your own expense. You must also ensure that the goods are properly insured as you are responsible for them while in transit. On returning the goods you will be refunded the full amount of your order and if the goods are faulty we will be happy to refund the postage of returning them to us. If you decide you do not want the goods you must not use them and you must keep them in their original packaging until you return them. When you place the order we will do our best to deliver the goods to you within 30 days but if the goods are out of stock and we do not complete your order within 30 days we will contact you to give you the opportunity to cancel the outstanding goods and be reimbursed for them. If any of the goods delivered are not what you ordered you must notify us by letter fax or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will then correct the mistake and refund any postage cost incurred by you returning the incorrect items.
